Meet Deborah
Deborah Pinnock, a personal and professional development coach, is the CEO and Founder of DebTalk. She helps individuals in the workplace who feel insecure, stuck, confused, or who are new to the workplace, thrive. Leveraging over two decades of experience working in both education and corporate spaces in areas including customer service, sales & marketing, training and development, and employee engagement, she delivers training and coaching that is grounded in real-world experience. Additionally, her perspective and experience as a Caribbean immigrant professional allow her to relate and resonate with diverse individuals in the workforce.
Deborah’s company, DebTalk, offers coaching services, career workshops, plus training related to personal and professional growth. Her company also offers hosting, moderating, and keynote speaking services. She has worked with organizations such as Broward College, Bensax Academy, Tahti’s Social Club and CDH Education.
Deborah is a John Maxwell coach, trainer and speaker, a certified professional with the Society for Human Resources Management, a senior career development specialist, and a soft-skilled certified professional with Florida Ready to Work.
