None of us can control the tide of change occurring all around us. What's more, the changes are happening so rapidly that as soon as we begin focusing on one, another, and then another happens. It can be tempting to get and stay in this cycle of distraction, which naturally brings a cycle of stress and anxiety. Resist the urge. Some things to consider as you navigate the changes.

· Do what is in your power to do. Change what is in your power to change, and pray about the rest.


· Get anchored on the things that are truly important, true, and unchangeable.


· Observe the thoughts you are having and understand that you can adjust that narrative.
